Working principle:

Balanced elliptical motion shaker takes triple eccentric shaft vibration exciter as vibration source, with rubber bearing spring as the elastic element, with exciter screen box as the movable part of the screening equipment. The three axis of the vibrator equipped with equal eccentric mass and equal eccentric radius clump weights. The driving force is transmitted by the motor to the active shaft by the belt, then the gear is driven by the gear ratio of 1, so that the three shafts rotate at the same speed, resulting in the excitation force, making the screen box a continuous elliptical motion. Material movement as the power, on the level of sieve continuously throwing motion along the circumferential direction, threw up in loose layered move forward at the same time, the cycle to complete the process of sizing and carry forward.
