Slurry Separation Plant KD-425 The KD-425 system consists of scalping shaker module, desanding module and desilting module. Equipped with coarse-mesh screens, the scalping shaker module is used to remove big particles. The desanding module is equipped with two desanding cyclones, and the desilting module is equipped with six desilting cyclones, and a dual-deck shaker is used as the underflow shaker for desander and desilter respectively. KD-250 system consists of KD-250 desanding module equipped with desander, primary shaker and a set of desilters used to separate fine particles. Slurry Separation Plant KOSUN KD-100 slurry treatment system for small mud balance shield and pile foundation project is of modular structure design, which is specialized for mud purification in small slurry balance shield and pile foundation projects. The KD-100 system is equipped with combined shaker and desander. The mud flows into the desanding module after being treated by the scalping shaker. Vertical Cuttings Dryer Vertical Cuttings Dryer also called  Vertical Centrifuge, which is used for drilling waste management.    KOSUN VC series Vertical Cuttings Dryer   is a type of vertical centrifuge, which can perform solid/liquid separation through centrifugal separation. The vertical cuttings dryer can effectively recover the liquid phase in drilling cuttings, making the solid phase become very dry. It is suitable for water-base mud, oil-base mud and synthetic base mud. By recovering the mud in drilling cuttings, the   vertical cuttings dryer  can reduce the drilling cost and cut down environmental pollution. With handling capacity of 40-60 T/h, the oil on cuttings (OOC) of drilling cuttings can be reduced to lower than 5% (w/w) after treatment, meeting the international emissions standards and environmental protection requirements.
