Shale Shaker As introduced in previous blogger " Solids Control Equipment  ", solids control equipment includes many equipment, like Shale shaker, Desander, Desilter,  Vacuum Degasser,  Mud Cleaner , Centrifuge, Centrifugal Pump, Mud Agitator, Mud Mixer, H-G Dryer, Vertical Cutting Dryer and other Solids Control and Drilling Waste Management Equipment etc.. Shale shaker is the first grade of solids control equipment, which is used to separate big solids with diameter above 75μm.   Shale Shaker Shale Shaker working principle: Through mechanical vibration, shale shaker will separate solids larger than the mesh hole, and the solids  smaller than the mesh hole but were stick together through  interaction between particles. When the drilling fluids flow through the vibrating screen surface, large solids will discharge from the end of screen, drilling fluids with solids smaller than the mesh will  flow through the screen into the circulating system. So as to complet
