Linear Motion Shale Shaker working principle:

Linear Motion Shale Shaker is drived by two vibrating motors, when the two vibrating motors rotate reversely and synchronously,  the vibration force produced by eccentric block will offset each other parallel to the motor axis, and will join together perpendicular to motor axis, so the screen basket move straightly. The two vibrating motors has an angle with the screen basket, the material will be thrown up and jumped forward in a straight line, under the join force of exciting force and material gravity, the materials will be separated. Linear Motion Shale Shaker with lowe nergy consumption, high effciency, simple structure and easy maintenance, all closed structure, the absence of dust disperse, automatic layout, more suited to pipe line operations.
