The jet mud mixer is designed to maintain the uniformity of drilling fluid and to suspend the solid particles and to conduct continuous and reliable drilling mud solid control system for drilling fluid. It is mainly used in the mixing of drilling fluid, so as to stabilize the circulating drilling fluid and mix evenly.

Jet Mud Mixer Composition:
KOSUN DJM model jet mud mixer is consisted by the explosion-proof motor, reduce, base and impeller components. The motor and reducer, reducer and impeller shaft is connected through a rigid coupling. The impeller is welded by four blades.
Jet Mud Mixer Benefits & Features:
- Mud Mixer is a single jet mixer combined with 45KW(or 55KW)and pump and a jet mud hopper or a double jet mixer of two pumps and two hoppers.
- The weighing hopper can be combined with a pump or be used independently with a pump connected together by the manifold valve.
- Put the drilling fluids materials (bentonites, barite powder) and the corresponding chemical additives (polymer) into circulation tank for increasing the total.
