Solids control equipment is very important in the drilling industry’s environmental and economic requirements, which is used to separate the solids in the drilling fluids. KOSUN solids control equipment is the top quality in China since 1992.

Usually, Solids Control equipment includes
below equipment but not limited.
1.
Shale shaker is the first grade
of solids control equipment in drilling purification system, it is used to separate
big solids with diameter above 75μm.
2.
Desander is used as the 2nd
stage of solids control for drilling fluids, which makes separations between 45
and 75 μm.
3.
Desilter is used as the 3rd
stage of solids control for drilling mud, which makes separations between 15
and 45 μm.
4.
Mud Cleaner is the second or
third stage separation equipment for drilling fluids, which deals with the mud
being treated by the first grade separation equipment.
5.
Centrifuge is used in
separating suspension of solids phase with particle ≥2μm in
diameter for drilling mud and fluids handling.
6.
Centrifugal Pump is used for
transporting drilling mud.
7.
Mud Agitator is mainly used to
agitate and mix the drilling mud to prevent solid particles from settling in
circulating tank.
8.
Mud Mixer is used to concoct
the drilling fluids and to change its density and viscosity.
9.
H-G Dryer is used to recover
the mud from drilling cuttings, so as to reduce the liquid/oil content in
drilling cuttings to as low as about 10%(w/w) and recover part of the drilling
mud.
11.
Mud Gun mainly jets drilling
fluids with high pressure inside mud tanks.
12.
Replacement Shaker Screen is
the wear part of shale shaker, mainly classified into soft sieve screen, sieve
plate type screen, and frame plate type screen.
13.
Kinds of pumps and tanks and
other solids control equipment.
